If you had to embody one aspect of this lovable gangster, this is it. The Godfather cocktail celebrates potency & simplicity. It’s made by combining two parts Scotch with two parts Amaretto liqueur. All you have to do is pour these intoxicating ingredients over ice into a heavy bottomed glass & stir. After trying this renegade combination, it’s easy to see why it’s such a hit!

We think it was a gift from the gods. Either way it’s relatively easy to make, so there’s no excuse not to try it. Add 1 ½ oz. Scotch & 5/6 oz. sweet vermouth to a mixing glass.
